Know This !

Winners make their legal arguments in writing!

Losers think they win by arguing at trial. Not true!

You win by making your legal arguments in writing and filing them with the court clerk before trial.

What you see on TV is not real, actors in expensive suits hovering over the jury box, questioning witnesses, hoping to get the evidence they need, calling a surprise witness to spill the beans at the last minute.

That's NOT how you win in real life!

You must get your legal arguments and admissible evidence into the court's file IN WRITING or wait till the last minute at trial and risk not getting it in at all.

TV is not real life.

You win by getting admissible evidence and legal arguments into the court's records IN WRITING.

My course shows how ... step-by-step with sample forms and simplified explanations.

The only thing that matters is what gets written down and filed with the clerk.

That's why you must always have a court stenographer (or official electronic recording) at hearings. If what gets "said" in the courtroom does not end up on paper in the court file, you have nothing to show an appellate court if you lose.

If there's no written record in the trial court's file, the appellate court cannot even consider your appeal. They have nothing to consider. Appellate courts do not give second bites at litigation apples. There is no "second trial" on appeal. Arguments cannot be heard nor evidence presented for the first time on appeal. You must make your winning record at the trial level.

If you don't make your winning record in writing at the trial level, the judge can rule however the judge wishes, knowing you cannot have the ruling overturned on appeal.

This is the most important thing you will learn in my amazingly popular, step-by-step case-winning course.

Judges don't like to be appealed, so you must be preparing for appeal at every step in the proceedings by making a written record so the judge knows you will win on appeal if the judge rules against you.

Never forget this.

There's a lot more to learn, of course, but none of what my course makes easy-to-understand is rocket science or too difficult for an average 8th grader.

You CAN learn this stuff ... and you will learn quickly.
