Innocent People Go to Jail, Too!Get Out of Jail Free Card

Too many "innocent" people go to jail.

This class is your "Get Out of Jail Free" card!

You will learn how to keep your mouth shut when you should be silent, and when to speak when it will help you to do so.

You will learn how to know the "elements" of whatever crime you are accused of, the elements that must be proven "beyond any reasonable doubt" or you go free!

If you don't know what the "elements" of your alleged crime are, there is no way you can show the court those elements have not been proven "beyond a reasonable doubt".

Every crime and misdeameanor arises when certain "fact elements" are present. For example, you cannot be convicted of murder if there is no dead body ... yet you'd be surprised how many people have been ... all because they didn't know what this class explains so easily an 8th grader can understand.

Protect yourself!

This class will show you how to stay out of jail in the first place, if you handle yourself properly at the time of arrest.

If you end up with a public defender attorney or hire your own lawyer, this class will tell you what your "mouthpiece" should be doing to get you off.

If you end up behind bars, what you learn in this class could very easily be your very own "Get Out Of Jail Free" card!
