Under oath
09/12/22 3:30 PM

Asking for a friend. This friend lets call him "I" was involved in a civil case that went to trial today. I was the pro se' Defendant. Apposing counsel on cross asked me a question containing 3 or 4 elements. One element was incorrect.
When I attempted to explain why that particular element was incorrect she shot back at me JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION!! So my answer was no. If I remember correctly if any part of the question is wrong I can deny the entire question... by the way I won hypothetically of course. What say you?

Like Dr.Graves said, if any part of the question can be answered "no", go ahead and say "no".
