Defending your Land

I have noticed that this is a widespread issue ...
When Oregon was made into a state, all public lands was given over to the Federal Trust to be returned to the people by grant... that created what is know as a land patent. The land patent paper is not the actual title or deed to the land but a a notice in law that the grant exists. I have been working with the President of the Jefferson Mining district Ron Gibson who is an expert on land patents... he has written 2 books on the subject. What you need to know about land patents, and You are not a slave... both are highly documented with case law...

There are multitudes of Supreme Court cases that support the validity of the land patent... for example SUMMA CORP. v. CALIFORNIA EX REL. LANDS COMM'N(1984) Summa won.

Then you have "All who claim under patent are entitled to the same rights as the patentee" in Bagnell v. Broeeric 38 US 436 1839

So when doing a title search I have gone back to the Oregon Admissions act and found the original grant... it was passed down by grant and assigns... eventually to me in the proper line of title...

So I used the APA (Administrative Procedures Act of 1946) and put the county in default... now what? I have to figure out the cause of action and the pleadings for this type of court case... I want to go in and get a summary judgment in my favour...

Quickly, you ask key questions of the official, they are supposed to answer based upon their duty under the oath... they remain silent. Then you send a affidavit of the questions in the affirmative for them to rebutt (you have to be careful that each question is valid and provable on your part... exactly as we are taught in this class... ). Then they are in fault and you send a letter of fault with an opportunity to cure... when they refuse to answer you can send a second notice of fault (always with a sunset clause). After that you send a notice of default and you can add to that a affidavit or verification of non reply/answer...

So this is using the APA as codified in 5 usc...

After that it is my understanding that you take it to court and go for a summary judgment and you are done...

The issue is who has the higher title? What is the nexus of the state to put a direct tax on your land that you own in allodium?
What is the nexus of the state to have control over you unless you are a employee, contractor, or otherwise legally connected tot he state itself?

I found in the law, that there are Private and Public laws... which apply to you?

Public means one of the government...

Public Law: Law that is concerned with the state in it's political capacity... private law affecting only an individual or a small group... (Paraphrased) Morgan v Cree, 46 Vt 773, 14 Am.Rep 640

Are you of that political community? Do you have the self determination to not be part of that community?

Tax status on property revolves around the terms Personal Property and Private Property, personal property is classified as business related and taxable and private property is a constitutional classification and non taxable. See https://youtu.be/jFkULHuyl50

Actually, property is covered in one of my classes. There are two kinds, actually: personal property and real property. Please go to the Reference Menu and find the class on Property to learn more. Thank you for telling others about my course!
