Hi,

I launched a federal suit against a mortgage company who refuses to answer the questions on the RESPA etc and wants to foreclose on my home. I had to use a BK CH. 13 to stop the sale. How do I get the judge to make the defendants answer all questions which will show the violation to my civil rights.
