Form Books

Doctor Graves:

Under "Motions and Hearings" you bring up the topic of how lawyer's libraries; law libraries; courthouses; law school; and universities have these "Form Books." The "Form Book" that is well known in Florida that you bring up is "Trawicks."

My question to you is:

Since you've been a lawyer for over 28 years, what is a "Form Book" that you would recommend we use that publishes "Form Books" for each of the 50 states of the union? If there isn't a "Form Book" company that does not exist, then what brand name do you recommend that does "Form Books" in general that any of us using Jurisdictionary can use?

Thank you Doctor Graves!!!

Frankly, I don't approve of "form books" and denounce those who give high hopes to those who use them. Fill-in-the-blanks forms don't win lawsuits. Stick with my course. Learn what is essential to be said in any form, and create your own.
