Civil case, Missouri, malpractice against former Attorney. I am the Plaintiff.
1. We have a trial date set for mid-November.
2. The counsel for the Defendant filed a motion for a scheduling order with a proposed order.
3. The Judge immediately signed it.
4. The order has 3 points
I. Plaintiff shall designate expert witnesses on or before June 30.
II. Defendant shall designate expert witnesses on or before August 15.
III. All discovery shall be completed by October 1.
5. I am in the middle of my discovery.
6. I am preparing a second set of Admissions and Intogs.
7. The earliest hearing I could get was July 7 (past due date)
8. Shall I file a motion for reconsideration and a Suggestion in Opposition?
