I am the defendant in a civil action forclosure in county court in pa. I called opponent lawyer, told them I will pay. Lawyer said send a letter asking for cure amount so I did. I have not recieved anything letting me know what to pay, but the 20 day time period to respond with my answer to the courts will be up in a couple days. Called lawyer back, said they are still waiting for their client to give a cure amount. They said we could pay it off the 1st time I called yet they are still going to put through a default notice when the 20 days are up.

I am confused. What is happening?
