Any suggestions on following?

1) Is vehicle repo allowed after 1099C issued?
2) Can repo come to pickup vehicle A but take another vehicle B(different vin, etc)?
3) What do you do if lawyer of bank alleges person changed plate on vehicle (see #2 above). lawyer states in letter that plate from Veh A was taken off and put on Veh B. Is that an accusation of fraud? What should be done when such accusation.
4) How do you prove breach of peace on vehicle repo in NC?

Conversations with bank, pre-repo of wrong veh and ongoing.
