Defendant is trying everything to delay the basic due process completion.
How one would get the court order signed and filed with the clerk when the decision was given to reinstate by other judge at the motion to reinstate hearing?
Thanks

Any affected party may file an objection to the reinstatement within a deadline (10 days?) of receiving notice of reinstatement. Emphasize that the reason for suspension exists.
This is what I read online, you should verify matters. But I assume if you don't object, it goes through.

How do you file a court order, when judge gave order at trial but not one expected. How do you get court ordet to judge for them to sign????
Nobody is answering this question, the process of getting court order and envelopes to judge post trial to get him to sign?

Draft an order like a standard legal form that says "Order Granting..._________". Then put a line on bottom of paper for judge to sign and print his name under the line. You would also put a date somewhere in the beginning when the order was made. Submit with a cover form in std. legal format with "Request to Court to sign order". Hand to court clerk and ask when you might retrieve a copy of the signed order. Most judges don't like to do paperwork and you have to put it together for them.
