This is my last attempt to share my finding with the group. You are all adults and need to take responsibility for yourselves. Sorry to be so blunt, but you will receive no mercy in these Administrative Hearing that are pretending to be Article III Judicial Courts. Here's my response:
I'm sorry that you have been abused by a corrupt government.
I can only provide a suggest to prevent this action. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for this situation after-the-fact.
I hope that you read all my other posting on this subject. I won't repeat it here. I no longer carry a Driver's License.
If you refuse to accept what I'm telling you, then nothing I present will make sense. You have to must let go of your belief system that you have been taught. You have been taught a lie.
The Driver's License is a PERFORMANCE CONTRACT! PERIOD! Within that contract you agreed to abide by all traffic laws! Basically, you were fined for Breach of Contract!
The Driver's License is also Prima Facie Evidence of your Jurisdiction. State Agents (police officers) operate within the jurisdiction of the State. The State Driver's License is Proof that you are operating within their jurisdiction.
Therefore I carry my Federal Travel Papers...The PASSPORT!
The passport are your papers for traveling between foreign jurisdictions. We think of these jurisdictions as countries. But anyplace outside of the STATE government is foreign...including the Federal government. Governmental entities are forbidden to cross jurisdictional boundaries. They must trick you into crossing into theirs!
Your Passport is proof of your Right to Travel...you don't have a Right to Drive. And the Federal government-issued passport puts you outside of the jurisdiction of the State government.
ANYTHING that you sign with the government is a PERFORMANCE CONTRACT...never forget this!!! If you signed a ticket, or a bail bond release...they are all performance contracts. And if you breach the terms of the contract, a warrant will be placed upon you.
