when dealing with the state, it all boils down to obligations.
is there a remedy in the statutute of limitations, when an obligation issue is raised. as their appears to be limitations for everything else. ?????
any replys on this would be appreciated?
have tryed researching this topic on my own but have had little or no joy to date.,
would contract law be applicable.

There are many kinds of "obligations" recognized by law, Dereck, as you will learn as you continue to study ALL of my Course. Contract obligations. Fiduciary obligations. Criminal obligations. Marital obligations. Parental obligations. Etc. From what you ask would it be incorrect of us to assume you have not spent much time in the course thus far? The time you spend with the Course will repay you with victory. Guesswork has no place in court proceedings.
