Rule 4002.1. Filing Discovery Material.

Discovery material shall not be filed unless relevant to a motion or other pretrial proceeding, ordered by the court or required by statute.

Am I correct that this rule would not prevent me from requesting discovery. As far as filing I would need a motion or something the court would need to make an order.
