How to name your defendant(s) if you do not know who they are?

Happy holidays to all, I am new to this site (only a couple days).
While I am just getting started on this course, I am in the beginning of planning how to structure my complaint. I honestly have not even looked through all the forms and information on this site yet...so if my question has already been covered, I would appreciate if you were able to point me in the right direction. The situation is that in August of 2016, someone trespassed onto my property and cut the branches of 10 pine trees that line the back of my property. The pine trees are about 6-7 feet from the property fence. On the other side of the property are condo’s. I believe that the condo association hired a tree service to cut down the branches on the pine trees. I could understand if the branches of the pine trees were over the property fence and that they cut the 2 feet or so of branches that went over the property fence; however, they did not do that, they came onto my property and climbed the tree and cut every branch facing the condo side. The only evidence that I have at the moment is a video recording of a man on my property with a chain saw and pictures I took of the trunk of the tree that had the branches cut and the spike marks on the tree. Besides all the wonderful natural uses of trees, the trees also provided privacy that is now gone and because of the one-sided way that they cut the tree; I fear that over time that the weight of the snow on the branches that face my house may make the tree fall on my home. The statutes of limitations in my state for property damage is 3 years; so, I would like to bring the suit to the responsible party or parties. I do not know who I should bring the suit against, should it be the condo owner, the condo management company, the tree company or all three? Also, since I do not know who the tree company is, I am thinking that I can use the discovery tools to find out who they are and add them to the complaint/suit at a later date.
Any suggestions to help me with my planning is welcomed
