I have a Florida commercial real estate property being foreclosed on. When I bought it, it had a building that had to be demolished and removed. I then build a new building on the property. I installed a chain link fence on one side that I want to remove. The individual foreclosing, sent me an email to Cease and Desist removing the fence stating it is fixtures. It is not attached to the building. I will put up a cheaper fence on this section, if required. Is a fence a fixture? I understand fixtures installed inside the structure would need to remain.
Please help me clarify. Individual holding the mortgage is a New York attorney and is a bully. I am in Florida.
