Expungement re: Canada
06/02/20 6:11 PM

I was able to prove the officer was neglegent in his duty on an “Undue Care and Control” charge, but in BC Canada we have 2 courts one Judge.
I am informed by the Deputy of Superintendent of Motor vehicles, to have them unprohibit my drivers license I have to expunge.
I used The Judicial Counsel of Canada’s statement on self litigants and accused, to aid a fair hearing from the local Judge.
I was able to have him inform me that I can ‘Order’ the court, but got nervous and rather than asking for direction...I asked for instruction.
So he gave me a civil resolution rather than the common law resolution I was seeking.
Did I really only need to Order the Judge into Common law court and then make motion to have the court expunge the UCC? Or was there a better direction to have been obtained to have the court ordered into common law court and maje motion to expunge this UCC record to release my drivers from prohibition?
