Judge just said no more motions
12/03/18 5:04 PM

Today in court the Judge decided to Dismiss all of my motions that they ignored. The opposing attorney has really been handed a case basically had a blank form and throughout the litigation the judges have allowed him to amend his complaint numerous times an allowed him to basically run the show admonishing me for delaying the trial. My motions to dismiss
Did have merit. Now we are headed to a jury trial and he is quoting the district court ruling I appealed it from. The judge says he can do this and has now barred any further motions in the case. I found out that he has allowed someone else to sign his name to orders whisc is not allowed in Virginia. He also wrote compound admissions/interrogatories the Judge has now ordered me to answer over my objections.

If you have gone through the course work Dr. Graves laid out I'm sure you will find your answer.
Typically, When a litigant is ruled against the only proper next course of action is appeal provided the litigant has entered objections into the record. Judicial Notices are VERY powerful they control the court and therefore, the judge.

The aforementioned is not to be construed as Legal Advise. However, Legal Information is NOT Legal Advise.

The Judge in the case has now FORBIDDEN me from filing any papers. I am concerned that I cannot file Objections. She specifically stated I could no longer file any paper. Any suggestions. Trial is reset to 01/16. Where do you report a judge wants to be blind to the fact my opponent could not do business in our county without registering his fictitious business name with the court? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

I'm concerned about updating my witness list. Under the no more paper order.
