Hi all hope all is well for everyone out there.

I am from the UK and have a situation regarding my Doctors surgery staff.
I have been accused of being aggressive, violent and not safe to be around other people in the surgery. I was put on a register and forced to go to a surgery that are equipped for violent aggressive people.
I was in no way any of these things, I filmed what happened.
It was me that was treated rudely, given incorrect information publicly humiliated by 3 staff members. they later wrote accounts of that day and I got a copy of them and they are lies. Saying I was shouting and my demeanour was aggressive, i was reported to the police (Dont know what for, they called me but was rude and hung up on me)
So these 3 people have broken the rules for putting me on this register, been less than truthful, ignored 8 emails with me asking if we can talk about this, ignored notices I have sent.
They know I have very bad anxiety that I am agoraphobic. i came no where near the criteria for putting me on the register. I was put on the register and reported to the police a month after the event, after I demanded answers for the false statements and the threats I got back from them.

What are the Torts here? Defamation? making false allegations. I know they are in breach of the 2010 Equality Ac, they told the police I had mental health issues (Never violent, depression, social anxiety general anxiety, no record of violence)
They had no just cause to hand that information over to the police.
