Hi,

I have a Foreclosure sale next week and will be filing a civil lawsuit pro se in Federal court tomorrow for violation of civil rights, RESPA, TILA, HOEPA, and HOEPA. Also Bifurcation of the of the mortgage note and the deed of trust. When I file this lawsuit how do I stop the foreclosure sale which is in the state superior court in NC?
