where in the course does it show you how to right a writ of execution in federal district court.

If you meant to ask how to "write" a writ of execution, litigants do not write writs.
Writs issue from the court, not from litigants.
Writs are essentially "orders" of the court.

I have the award from Arbitrator do i need to file a lien before i
go to the federal district court to motion them for the writ of excecution
