I Just discovered that the plaintiff trust was dissolved in 2007
09/19/16 2:54 AM

Hello: I am being sued for foreclosure in Florida by US BANK TRUST NA as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust. In my research I found a government website www.ffiec.gov that tracks financial institutions. At this site it states that US BANK TRUST NA was dissolved in 2007. My question is: how do I get this information before the judge? What do I file? How do I file it? My trial is on Oct 7, 2016.

Thank you for any help.

Hello Richard,

Until someone better qualified on this topic responds to you, I'll give you this bit of information to start. All business are given their authority to operate by the State. You can request a certified copy of the records from the Florida Secretary of State. So now you have the authentication of the State backing the status of this now defunct entity.
Then you file a motion for the court to take Judicial Notice.
Good Luck!
