Slippery acting opposition
11/23/18 10:38 AM

The Opposing attorney in my case fought hard to get a certain
trial date and then in a motion hearing before this upcoming date he informed the court that he was going to be out of the country until the trial. I went ahead and sent interrogatories. He's now complaining to the judge that he is out of the country and he doesn't have the means to answer the interrogatories. Someone else is signing his papers by initial in violation of state law. Is there like a legal motion that can address the whole activity of an opponent. Can I draft a universal type motion to Dismiss?
