Orders

What can be done when the opposing counsel is allowed to draft the order and geta it all wrong. I had filed a motion to dismiss and then a motion for Judicial Notice of an applicable law. We had a hearing and the judge ruled against me. The opposing counsel wrote the order as Judicial Notice denied and did not address the motion to Dismiss. I alerted the judge of the bad order. She just signed it without reading it. I filed an objection and a motion for reconsideration. I filed a praecep and the court sent memback my praecip and said it was closed on that motion day. I had asked for the next motion day. Any thoughts?

I do not give legal advice.
That being said it appears from your post that you have a strong begininng for an appealable case. Make certain that your objections are founded and entered into the record.
