Violations of law by courts
03/20/22 7:23 AM

I don't know how others have experienced our lovely legal system. However, i had filed a series of strong cases only to have the defense attorneys fix the results. They did so by manipulating the court staff and in a few instances sending in a statement full of false accusations from a friend of one of the defendants; the former works at a government agency. We all know that once a court hears anything from a government official, you are done for. There is absolutely no flexibility or inquiry into the truth according to the court. Hands down! The government always gets what it wants, even if it's against the law. Anyway, my rights have been egregiously violated by trial courts and then again and again by the appellate courts. Even can see the mountains of case law supporting my arguments; yet such is totally ignored and the courts fill in some bogus excuse which doens't fit the bill. I have everything I write and receive looked over carefully by an attorney so I know what my options are and what chance I have to win the motion most of the time. However, no matter how good the arguments and so forth, everything is always fixed. Has anyone else been through this kind of treatment and, if so, what did you do to get around it?

Have you ever heard of Cal Washington (InPowermovement.com)? He basically spent 6 years being harassed by the family court maintenance system, and this after he privately sorted things out with his ex-wife (ie, his wife wasn't after him, but the courts just would not leave him alone)...He wen't through a journey similar to what you describe...studied all the statues/acts/bills, says he even got to a place where he would come up with arguments the judges/lawyers hadn't heard before, and could see in their body language "oh that's a good point"...but would still rule against him no matter what...THEN...he started taking some courses on commerce and says he realized everything that's happening in a court is just business/commerce, offers, acceptances, and negotiations...just with legalize terms...and once he started treating the judges in this fashion everything changed for him...and after a few significant hearings, the courts no longer bother him....now he's basically out of babylon wrt subservience to the system, paying tax, forfeiting representation to the revolving door of crony politicians, etc etc...you should check him out...a good place to find many of his interviews is odysee.com (search cal washington)

Arash2,
Thank you so much for the lead. I've looked at the videos posted of/by Cal Washington. However, there are many. Is there one in particular to which you can refer me? Also, is this "bill of exchange" and other system you are referring to relevant to the United States federal AND state courts, or is it just in Canadian courts?

Thanks, C
