Jurisdiction of our courts is decided by either the legislature of your state in the statutes or in the constitution of your state. If the matter is a criminal case, in all likelihood, the trial level court in the county where the crime allegedly took place would have jurisdiction. You are welcome to challenge jurisdiction, however it is a steep climb and must be backed up with citations to official legal authorities, e.g., published appellate court rulings. Hope this helps.
