Should it be stricken or used by Defendant in their own defense?

Use discovery tools to show the plaintiff contradicted itself.

Pl. factual allegations contradicted by their own exhibits, would prove my case. I could move to strike them, but why would I do that? Can I use their exhibits against them
with my amended Answer? I could not find this in discovery tools.

Read the class on Discovery of Evidence and think about the many, many ways you can use your discovery tools to prove on the record that their exhibits contradict their allegations.
Moving to strike them won't help you prove they are liars. USE DISCOVERY TO PROVE THEY ARE LIARS ! ! !

Can you admit a document as evidence if the document proves the defendant lied to get a judgment order in a previous but related litigation?
