Answered divorce petition last year, court dismissing case now
08/30/22 11:19 PM

In August of last year I responded to petitioner motion to dissolution, but there were no other actions or answers to them. Then we went through mediation once and could not resolve(she wants 100% of the house that was deeded to us by my family's trust.)
Now the case is about to be dismissed in a week. I have been taking the class and learning all that I can. I feel that I can't ask for a default because we went through mediation. Should I motion to summon her to court to finish this? Honestly I just want it to be over, so I can move on without giving her everything.

I posted this originally in wrong forum.

Mediations are non-binding. Dismiss with prejudice and get out of family court was my approach, but hasn't worked yet since judicial officers continue to violate due process and they say everything I file and say is "without merit". From my personal experience and research, family court judges do not care what evidence you have or rules of evidence (they ignore evidence and block admission of evidence). Family Court Judicial Officers conspire to extort from whomever has money so the family's money goes to judges, attorneys, and child support agencies. They also create "conflict for cash". Continue to learn as much as you can when you're up for it.
