Can a DDA file charges on a homeowner? Where the person the homeowner hired to house sit had engaged in illegal activities
while homeowner was working out of town?

A dictrict attorney can file anything they want.
It may not be right but they do not care.
most people do not know how to rebut or object to the charges and fight back.
THat is what this course is for!
I hope you came out on top.
