My wife and I went down to our local courthouse to do some property records research on easements. The records room is open to the public. The clerk of the court would not let me in without a mask. I was wondering about ways to "convince" her to change her policy. Practicing medicine without a license and discrimination in a public accommodation came to mind...what are some ways I could go about this? Virginia has state offices and complaint forms for each, is there a more direct way I can approach this?
