Interrogatories or Admissions ?
01/22/14 11:22 AM

Hi Friends,

I studied the discovery portion and still have a question.

I have a list of questions that could be submitted as Interrogatories or Admissions. Which is Better?

Ex.
Interrogatory: "Have you ever injured the same area of your body?"
Admission: "Admit or Deny you injured the same area of your body in the past."

Which is the better choice?

Thanks Halina.

But there is a limit to the amount you can use.

Why would you use both?

Bob,
Review the rules in your jurisdiction.

Interrogatories may have limited scope such as 25 questions. while Admissions maybe more liberal when drafting the document.
