Request(s) for Production ?
12/18/13 12:52 PM

Hi Friends,

In Fla. we have requests for production (which from what i've read is a request to produce documents relavent to the case).

I'm being sued...and the plaintiff has an attorney who put in 50 requests for production. We have given them most of what they asked for...However, we (me and my attorney) have asked for production and the Plaintiff's attorney has used the "work Privledge" information.

Since they are the Plaintiff....don't THEY have to prove their case? Don't THEY have the "burden" of proving their case?"

How come "THEY" are allowed to withhold information?

As explained in the Course, Bob, you must file a Motion to Compel production and set it for hearing, instead of waiting for the other side to "do the right thing". They will not do the right thing. Please study more than just the Video Introduction so you know these things. OK?
