Motion for in camera inspection
10/12/14 8:09 PM

Doctor Graves:

1.0 When can we anticipate any new updates being added on to the Jurisdictionary Course?

2.0 What specific topics / subjects can we anticipate getting added on to the Jurisdictionary Course?

3.0 Will you be going over how we can file a Motion for "in camera" inspection of questioned documents when the majority of what is being filed into the case dockets for foreclosure cases, and other civil, and criminal cases are false, and fraudulent court papers?

4.0 Would be nice if you could add something that gets to the nitty griity when the court, and its own clerks, and officers are participating, and a part of bringing "fraud upon the court." Fraud upon the Court is fraud (deception) involving conduct by any officer of the court (i.e. judge or attorney) that undermines or is intended to undermine the integrity of the judicial process such that the impartial functions of the court have been directly corrupted and compromised. If you could go over this very specific topic, wow, that would help all of us secure, and stand on our procedural, statutory, and constitutional protections, no matter what civil, criminal, or foreclosure matter we may find ourselves in, now or maybe in the future.

5.0 Is the last question a question that can only be dealt with, via "Private Tutoring" with you Doctor Graves?

Adding new updates and editing the classes almost daily, and your suggestion for in camera proceedings is a good one. Will create that one soon. Thanks.

Doctor Graves:

Just checking in with you to see where you are at with adding this new, and much needed update to the Jurisdictionary Course called a Motion for "in camera" inspection of questioned documents or any other ways a "in camera" motion can be maximized???
