What are my rights in Fl. I'm in foreclosure battle in the court system and opposing counsel is trying to strike my Jury Demand Trial. He says that i am not entitled to a jury trail in a foreclosure action and if trialed only w/o the jury. He says that in my paperwork is states that i waved that right. If any way od getting around this?

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you didn't specify or demand a jury trial in your original complaint. Did you? Maybe you can remove your case and start over...again, I'm not certain.
