Anyone interested in developing a case to force the private sector employer to stop withholding your private property (earnings not statutory wages)? I'm writing my notice to a non-statutory private sector employer who refuses to comply with my wishes without providing a lawful authority to withhold (because there is none to the private sector Citizan not partaking in a taxable activity). There's lots of details and stratigies to consider and I'm wanting to cover all the bases! The main contention of my belief is the employer as most in the corporate environment understand that influencing the people you hire to file the W-4 creates the statutory request to have your earnings classified as or considered to be "covered" for Social Security purposes, this effectively turns your earnings into statutory "Wages" which now becomes a vehicle for the corperations to transfer tax liabilitys from themselves to the employees, "Wages" are tax deductions taken off the top of corporate profits and save them millions if not more! Now you can see the nature of the game, bully your employees into believing they are required by law to furnish a SSN & W-4 in order to work, all the while it's just a setup for themselves, its likely most payroll departments are not even aware of the tax laws or even care, they are just doing what they've been told by a legal or tax professional and like 99% of people will trust the word of somebody else without question! What do YOU believe? Does your belief comport with the law? Are you acting on a presumption? How much have you lost over the course of your lifetime? Are you comforted by the knowledge that Social Security is your retirement plan? Do you think if you had only invested those contributions that you would be a magnitude better in your retirement positions? Do you have children or grandchildren that will inherit or learn the same presumptions you acted on because that's what you did and those before you? Are you willing to change the course for those you love? Are you willing to fight?
