Mistakes in Motions
02/10/14 4:42 PM

Prior to starting the Jurisdictionary course, I filed a Motion to Dismiss on a complaint from a 3rd party Debt Collector (attorney), saying they were Not the Real Party in interest. I mistakenly attached evidence to my Motion.

I believe this is why my Motion to Dismiss was denied.

In response to the denial of my motion to dismiss I filed a Motion to Strike, but for other substantial defects in the complaint.

The claiming party (3rd party attorney) has filed a "memorandum of authorities in opposition" --

I need to file an objection, but I want to correct any mistakes I made in my prior motions (i.e. attaching the evidence). Is there something I can file to correct this or should I not worry about it and just file an objection?
Thanks,
Cat
