Court going out of order
10/22/18 3:03 PM

I am having a problem with the Court going out of order. I was sued under an unlawful detainer. (Our home was illegally sold.)I went to district court and provided a letter from our lender proving the sale was illegal. The judge ignored it ruled in the Plaintiff's favor. In fact the Plaintiff had only put $70.00 originally as his damages and the Judge gave him immediate leave to fix it an deliver it to me and we would walk back into the court. Another District Judge ruled in his favor and ignored the note from the lender and I appealed it to Circuit Court. The opposing attorney again motioned to amend the complaint. I objected and he was allowed. Now on October 1st the order for amendment was signed by the judge. The plaintiff on the same day asked the judge to set it for trial and was allowed. I then promptly filed a motion to dismiss and set it for Hearing on the first Monday in November. I know the formula is Complaint, Answer, Trial. Any suggestions on what to do andwhere to take this would be appreciated.
