do you use the 3rd option: unknown??

A3. when plaintiff has a simple question, which omits part of a verbal agreement and only address the written agreement...
can you answer with both a
disagree & agree: then explain the disagree is because there's a verbal agreement which connects the written to another written agreement ??
( they are trying to get me to lock in "admit" to only the written with out the verbal aspects)

A4. how do you include a witness to be brought in for
A. Motion for ReHearing ... and if I understood correctly you also file
B. Motion for Reconsideration

A5. Can you file the motions (in question A4) before court order for "answer" due date Jan 2nd (yes fill-in judge whom hadn't read anything gave order). Along with Motion to Strike (sham) before Jan 2nd as well to attempt to utilize it since it applies as well as since I didn't know about it til this course ...
