Breach of contract, compounded fraud, negligence & lack of fiduciary care

3 heads better than 1!

Might anyone be willing to review my response to a plaintiff's cause of action? As a cross-plaintiff I'll be responding with a counterclaim, cross-claim and third party claim.

It's a real estate property case with the following elements:
1. Seller's breach of contract
2. Seller's fraud
3. Seller's attorney assisted his client in perpetuating the fraud
4. Seller's attorney's lack of fiduciary care to purchaser, as escrow agent
4. Purchaser's attorney negligence and lack of fiduciary care
5. Purchaser's realtor negligence and lack of fiduciary care
6. Appraisers negligence
7. Title company negligence

Also, is there a way to request more time from the court to submit my response to the complaint, given the complexities? Seller's attorney has brought the cause of action to deposit disputed funds in escrow with the court.
