My lawyer signed a joint stipulation for a Final Judgement and consent to a Final Judgment without my permission. Does that qualify as forgery? If so, could this be voided?

Did you give your attorney permission to conduct business. Is it in your retainer? Your attorney cannot do what you did not authorize.
