Doctor Graves:
What would you suggest to all who have invested in your Jurisdictionary Course deal with states like Alaska that does not allow anyone to schedule any hearing date for us to move any of our motions we attempt to submit with the clerk of the court of states like Alaska?
Secondly, Doctor Graves, there is no rule number anywhere or reference point to point out to the clerk of the court of the State of Alaska, Rules of Civil Procedure, Circuit Court Rules, District Court Rules? Even when we say we need to schedule a hearing to move the court with our motions to the clerk of the court for appeal purposes, they tell us it is all up to the judge and that's just how it is in Alaska?? This does not sit well with me!!!
Thirdly, how are states like Alaska getting away with this unconstitutional violation of Amendment IV, V and XIV? The clerk of the court of the State of Alaska says that its up to the judge to decide if they want to grant our motions or not???
What would you do Doctor Graves? What are some options for us to do to hold the courts of states like Alaska to give the peope "Due Process", Doctor Graves???
