I need help on finding how to cite CPS and use it on my trial. I have served DHS in my state of Oregon, with a contract affidavit to which it lasted with a breach of contract so then I took it to an arbitrator to settle this case because when it was just an assessment and where I didn't have my kids in my custody at the time. There was some false allegations towards me that where not true. I have not signed to documents from them at all. And they still took one of my girls from their guardian for no reason after 2 months of investigating me. I am now in trial so they wont take my girls in their jurisdiction. I want to be able to help my attorney as he is new to this case because the first one withdrew his case from the start after giving him proof of documents that I had won the award for the Arbitration granting me the stipulations on the contract. I was awarded because CPS never showed up. Now my attorney doesn't want to present that because there was no signature on it by them but because of their aquinsaes they agreed upon receiving it. I have my third trial coming up on May 5th and the DA asked me if I followed the instruction on the web site getmychildrenback.com which is in titled for Oregon. And I said yes she told why I did it and I said because the caseworker who did the assessment had no reason to take my kids when they where already in the care of a family guardian with documents prove of notarized letter. But eventually one of them turned on me and is using one of my daughter say that she don't want to see me because she fears me when everything was ok when I was visiting and now I can see her is been since November 2020 to present. I have my award from the Arbitrator. I know I got to wait 3 months to get it confirmed and that will be next month on May. I am stuck to what to do on this matter. Can anyone help

Almost the same story, just a different state here (California). My daughter was Kidnapped March 2, 2021. WE have experienced deprivation of rights under the color of law, Title 18 U.S.C. Section 242, to the letter and then some.
Excuse me, uno momento while I cry. It won't help. It's just catharsis. The private attorney I hired to represent me for this QUASI NOT OF EQUITY matter dumped me too after seeing the Final Arbitration Award and Order, me requesting that it be filed with the court as well a Restraining Order against the mother of "child in common". Additionally the attorney unethically kept all the money I had paid to retain them. The court public defender is only interested in "keeping the machine rolling". The court refused my Motion to represent myself Pursuant, 353 U.S. 238-239, the Fourteenth Amendment and The Local Rules of Court, stating "it would only delay" the matter. The court refuses to acknowledge both the Arbitration Award and Restraining order even though I have made both public record by filing them with the court, via miscellaneous filing, Notice Of Foreign Judgement with cited case law, per State and Local rules of court. I have yet to find an attorney who is willing to challenge CPS like Mark Angelucci did, must be something to do with "sharks, drowning lawyers and professional curtesy" (J.D., 1997-2021 and beyond). The Subjugate Judicial Official presiding over the matter refuses to recuse themselves pursuant, 170.1(a),(1)(A),(6)(a)(iii),(B)(8)(ii)CCP. But none of this important right now, the child is.
I pray every day that Creator/God will be with my daughter and wrap the loving wings of protection around her.
One source I have been using is google/scholar to research case law as I prepare. Open to all comments...

I am confused about how an Arbitration comes into play with any CPS case. CPS is very dirty. They have the judges in their pockets. Nobody even tried to hide the fact that they were lying in court. There was no way to control the judge in my case. I have not given up, but I don't know which angle to approach this issue from. My two children were kidnapped by CPS. I have proof of the fraud and of how they made up their own rules. But, I am having trouble with finding the 'cause of action' to start with. And I'm running out of time

Get your "foot in the door" any way you can. Use the discovery tools I teach to force evidence into the record. Move the court for orders.

so my only hope is getting a lawyer to file the Arbitration so i can get a judgement here in Oregon?. I mean has anybody who tried to get it confirmed and get a judgement, did it really work? Or what was the end result to getting it confirmed? Is it possible to get it confirm in a different state? There is no proof of anything cause of action due to the fact that I didn't have my girls in my custody prior to being homeless because of Covid when it first came into light. The allegations are only hearsay. regardless if I got puled over which they are trying to use at my trial. I didn't have my kids with me and they are also using domestic violence being that I take my kids with dangerous people making it seem like i purposely wanted to be abused in front of the kids. Which that never happened! The CPS DA told me about the gettingmychildrenback.com website on my second trial and asked me if I did everything that it said to do and I said yes and asked me why did it. I told her because the assessment worker had no right in the first place to take custody of my girls or intervene when they were already placed in temporary custody with a family member and ruined my plans. I have not seen my 2nd child because the court and now guardian who is aunt is stating that my daughter is saying she don't want to see me because she fears me and she is only 10 years old. i only visit my 14 year old and my 7 year old. The aunt is stating when she testified against me that my daughter is suppose now cutting her self and saying the my daughter said if she comes and lives with me she will kill her self. My daughter is either being brain wash or I don't know what to think anymore that my baby will say or do such thing. I am in a breaking point.

So Trial didn't go so well, Even though I was expecting to get some programs ordered, How I noticed the judge when he ruled all he had to say was everything bad about me and stated dates that where wrong and also statements that was never brought up on record that he had as evidence but was never mentioned in open court. All the statements wasv related way beyond the past which was in 2017 nothing was proven from what the allegations was from Nov 2020. Nothin was proven from me acting violent and i never had my daughters in my custody. The judge said I was making up things and live in a fantasy world. My question is can I appeal it? Because for him to rule out of his preponderance evidence that was never stated in court not even by witnesses is all wrong to put me down my reputation as a mother. I want to appeal it and i Want to confirm the award from the arbitration. Any suggestions?
