I was recently arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. No notice or summons was delivered to me as to when and where to appear in court. I am not afraid of these people and will appear in court when so demanded by the State. The court to appear in is 185 miles away, about 3 hours travel time. I believe this to be unreasonable travel time when there is a court 20 minutes away that can render the predetermined outcome just as well.
They gave me no notice and I am looking for a defense.
