here is some very wordy jurisdictional challenges,
he traps the magistrate in the begining into violating thier oath
but the premise is all the same. they traffic laws are not written for you

I also wonder, if traffic court is civil court, shouldn't the parties be PLANTIFF and DEFENDENANT with verdicts being liable or not liable? If so, why does the court ask you enter a plea of guilty or not guilty?

it varys and is complex
no jury means administered hearings and usual a magistrate
it also means everything is by consent.
im not saying the government follows thier own laws .
this is why you challenge jurisdictions ..

they will threaten you will things if you dont show up and its not legal for them to do so because all hearing without a jury are by consent only.

if ask for a jury they will give you one but thats not the point.
the point is you wanna win.

put the burden on the plaintiff to provide the right jurisdiction

and just challenge by asking for the plaintiff to put in evidence proof they can continue without your consent.. you need to object any time they try and continue without jurisdiction.

if the judge tries to give proof of jurisdiction .. let him know im sure the plaintiff is happy for your league council but you must recuse your self for practicing law behind the bench..... the case will end...

you can do this by paper work ahead of time but im not good at this and why i took this course
..if you dont wanna hear my opinions just says so ills stop replying

"I also wonder, if traffic court is civil court, shouldn't the parties be PLANTIFF and DEFENDENANT"

see your asking the right questions...
they dont have jurisdiction its all a trap to try and get you to agree in a adminterial meeting aka comercial hearing for a corporation.

its all word play and scams .. you can read the us constitution on jurys and then state constitution on jury then the state law on jury and you will see ... these hearing are have no jurisdiction unless you consent and you consent by showing but even though they threatened you.. i hope your starting to understand

I've gone through the course multiple times, yet I don't know where to start. The city court rules are difficult find. No rules about appeals. Just an overall frustration. The course helped me know how the cake is made but that doesn't make me a baker.

you just ask the clerk for an appeals form
it will be written in some alien language .. have your case or incident number ready and they should tell you what to put where because ... those forms are not in english

the rules are generally the same everywhere in the country

unless you trying to leverage a particular rule

ask the magistrate or judge any questions
its their job to answer .. but not give advice
