Back to the my original question...which no one seems to be able to answer.
I'm pretty sure that in Fla., a Plaintiff who brings their case before the court, will have to give a Deposition. And, the plaintiff has to pay for it. OTHERWISE, how can one have a pre-trial hearing ...which is mandatory in my state.
BUT...as crazy as the law is...i wouldn't be surprised if you can head to a pre-trial hearing without a depo.
Anyone know the answer for sure?
