Courts are receiving filings citing imaginary cases, incorrect quotations, improper arguments, and motions that cannot lawfully be granted.
Florida’s Sixth District Court of Appeal recently warned that appellate courts are encountering AI-assisted filings from self-represented litigants that cite nonexistent cases or mis-state what actual cases hold. Every claim and defense depends upon particular facts. Leave out an essential fact and your case will fall before any evidence can be heard.

3. Deal with Witnesses
