This is encouraging. I have a speading ticket, and I've tried jurisdiction argument, but maybe if I apply some of the items in this course with it and more I'll make more sense and be able to hold the judge and the prosecutor to the rules.

Any other tips? Any other victories?

the jurisdiction argument only works if you push it they will try and deflect... there seems to be a magic number of 3 identical objections and they have to be done properly ...

saying i object your honor ..is improper and they will ignore it and is ineffective for appeals purposes
saying objection your honor ...they state the cause ...lack of evidence of jurisdiction blah blah..

learn what practicing law behind the bench is and use it and when it happens..for jurisdictional objections...and recusals

when a judge get real mean and dose things like sick a baliff on you
to intimdate you.. say out loud .. for the record the judge did xxx...

they cant change the record if they do it tampering with the record or tampering with a witness being you as the defendant.

if you know the judge broke a federal law ..use a jurisdictional challenge... they loose it the moment they break a law

if a judge takes a cops word over your for evidence thats bias and they loose jurisdiction.. call them out object.. end the case then and there

have fun with it ask entrapping questions to the judge

ask do these laws apply to me ... if they say yes boom they are bias ..jurisdiction has to be proven in evedence..so ask it as soon as posable...

if the judge trys to prove jurisdiction ...boom object tell them they are practicing law behind the bench .. they violated your rights, ask them if they can prove that they still have jursdiction after violating your rights.....its fun stuff...

That's the best rundown I've been given. Still got a lot to learn in two weeks. I find myself not wanting to study this good stuff.

How can I get them to record it? They are a court of no record, very informal. Basically a money mill.

bring a recorder to court try and be obscure if confronted with contempt or asked to stop .. state that its a first amendment right and explain how he has the jurisdiction to take a right without a jury trial.. or if they tell you to stop say.. the judge has judge violated my first amendment right and lost personal jurisdiction please provide evidence you can continue without jurisdiction ... rinse repeat 3 times every time they try and divert and continue

no court without a jury has jurisdiction without your consent ... challenge jurisdiction and ask them to prove it ... dont say why just make the prove it
