Maxims and their application in litigation
02/06/24 4:17 AM

Before I came across jurisdictionary, I was on a very long interesting road of learning law, about 3 1/2 years to be exact. I have 5 Children all of which motivated me to learn the law on my own. (Fear of unrealistic high child support obligations, but much worse losing custody to what brings joy in my life, my sons and daughters to lies). The unequalness it seems that is burdened on a man. I once used maxims in a motion to dismiss in a traffic case (i had no idea what i was doing, and probably didn't file it according to the courts rules), but the court gave me a wonderful plea i could live with in their mercy.

My question tho is, how do you apply maxims in cases, must we prove how they arose to begin with? Some and most are so old they are written in extinct languages

Please clarify your question, to wit "My question tho is, how do you apply maxims in cases, must we prove how they arose to begin with? Some and most are so old they are written in extinct languages"

Thanks!
