Rules Of Evidence

I am contesting the police authority I am working on INTERROGATORIES.
1. When i write a question Can they be both (Yes No)questions and also questions asking Who what when where why.
2. If it is for a police officer Do i send it to the prosecutor

i Read that interrogatories do not to need to be filed in the court.
3. Do i type in the whole under penalty of perjury law and put a space for signature and a notary for the witness to sign on the same paper so they dont have to write it out?
4. Should i still file it with the court just in case?
5. Would I have to Notarize the letter myself if i dont have to file it with the court
6. right now alot of banks closed i need to file but cant find a notary. is their another way around?
7. Does both motion and certificate of service need to be notarized for when i do file motions.

I am fighting for my life right now I been pulled over for they say driving under suspended license. I cant afford the reinstatement and court costs. they are trying to give me 2 years in jail. I do tell the police every time I do not want to incriminate myself or give any information that they will use against me. I then after threat and harm on me I tell them "because you have a gun and scary I will under duress and coercion give you a my info". 2 years ago i put a affidavit of Status in the county recorder office. So i am going after trying to disclose discovery and questions hoping to file for a compel and then dismissal. any advice i would be happy to take.
thank you
Eric

Any papers filed with the court sworn to and notarized will have more impact than papers that are not sworn and notarized.

UPS stores do notary.. I am in court for the same nonsense, except I went to jail. Now I am counterclaiming... Just looking for info on how to say if I am a counter-plaintiff, or if I am both defendant and counter-plaintiff. I would counterclaim if I were you or they will just keep throwing you in jail like me! LoL You should also check into what is called an occupational drivers license to avoid being thrown in jail.. Thats what I did while I deal with all about 5 cases.. I also have small claims against officers for violating their oaths of office, breach of contract.
I can afford to pay all the tickets, but they tricked me while I was fighting in one courtroom they were prosecuting me in another with tickets, when I found out about it they said the only choice I had was to pay it.. Well thats not happening..

Fighting a big fight in a Non Victim Criminal Charges (no claim), warrant-less search, and many other due process and Constitutional right violations,,, Presumption...for my Husband whom they still have in custody with an excessive $136,000+ Bail, when he qualifies indigent, and has had to fire one PD because he caused 4 FTA's and then let another PD go for not filing any motions and this is still pretrial + a lethal virus epidemic and he is a janitor trustee with inadequate supplies. Cases have lingered for 2 years, it's crazy
SO MANY WRONGS ABOUT HIS CASES I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START!
What do you all know about A4V?

PS. 2 witnesses signing is sufficient if documented, when a notary is not available

Hey Ranee! Wow what a terrible fiasco you and your husband are dealing with! I have heard of A4V, but I have been so busy with lawsuits, 5 cops, one insurance company. I have not had the chance to dive into it yet.. I still work a full time job! May God be with you!
