In a pre-trail motion, I moved the court to strike the name of my kids from the complaint ( in our state , it's illegal for school board employees to give out childrens info provided by parents ) . The jdr judge advised that the complaint was, in fact, not the complaint. And that the complaint was the text written on the subpoena.
Yes, the court document titled "COMPLAINT" was ruled as not being the actual complaint. I appealed and have a de novo case in front of circuit court . I'll re-file these motions and ask the court to clarify what is actually the complaint. by something here feels awfully wrong.
