What's the use if the Supreme Court is Corrupt?

What's the use of any of this if the Supreme Court is corrupt?
The State of Texas gets denied and can't even be heard when they have a complaint against, what appear to them to be, un-Constitutional actions against citizens? I understand that those citizens were subject to other states but to deny the State of Texas the right to even be heard for standing up for the United States Constitution, to me, makes no sense. I want to finsish this course, but seeing how easy it is for the highest court in the land to just do whatever they please removes any sense of confidence I may have had in the judicial system of this country.

The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

JEFFREY24 ...
Virginia v. Tennessee, 148 U.S. 503 (1893) was brought between two states to settle a boundary between those two states, an issue that DIRECTLY affected both states.
The Texas case is different. Texas sought to interfere in the sovereign right of other states to use mail-in ballots and to follow other election procedures of their own choosing.
If Texas had presented "direct evidence" that the other states had invidiously, purposely, and unlawfully rigged the election, the matter would be totally different. Texas was unable to meet that initial and critical burden.
Do not too quickly assume the Supreme Court was corrupt, please, until you study Virginia v. Tennessee and other decisions where one state proceeded against another and learn what the limits are that our federalism puts on the power of one state to invade the sovereign rights of other states to manage their own affairs.
As of 18 December 2020, Jurisdictionary has not seen evidence to support the allegations of "voter fraud" (whatever that might be) but welcomes anyone to share that evidence with us, provided it is not mere conjecture or innuendo. Always eager to learn the truth, but never interested in biased opinion.
Stay safe everyone. Our immune compromised son (a kidney transplant recipient) just tested positive for a disease that clearly would not be killing more than 3,000 every day if Donny had encouraged us all to practice social distancing and wearing face coverings, instead of downplaying the problem. Pray for our son and for our nation, please!

Dr, Graves,

First, please accept my most sincere prayer for and well wishes to your son and family. Absolutely, family comes first.

I also thank you for your prompt response and guidance, during these unprecedented times I might add, regarding my concerns and frustration.

I am a Texan and as such I do admit that I may not be seeing things as objectively as I may need to.

I only thought that Texas, being a State and having original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court, would get more from filing than a case number and a quick denial.

The good thing is I learn more from being wrong, especially with thoughtful and knowledgeable instructors. Again, thank you sir.

Respectfully,

Jeff

JEFFREY24 ...
If I had my way, we'd have long ago taught our children in public schools how our courts SHOULD operate and WHY.
If I'd had my way 34 years ago when I first tried to get others to support my mission for Public Legal Education, there'd not be so very many angry people today, because they would understand how the system is SUPPOSED to work, fight for The Rule of Law, and get mighty angry when people in high places think they are above the law.
No true patriot attempts to undermine The Rule of Law, friend.
Like my old grandpappy taught me when I was a boy, "Liars are never your friend, no matter how much you want them to be."
True patriots care more for this nation than for their desire to get re-elected. You know them by what they say and do.
Our nation is in deep trouble right now, mainly because too many people know too little and believe too much without direct evidence.
Stay safe and TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY COURSE, PLEASE.

By the way, click "D" in the Alphabet at the top of every window in my course, then scroll down and read about "Direct Evidence". My course should be required before graduation from High School.
